About your instructor: Rev. Leela Sinha has been working and organizing in nonprofits for over 20 years, first as a layperson and then as clergy. She is ordained to the Unitarian Universalist ministry and is the community minister affiliated with First Parish Church in Portland, Maine. She is also the author of You’re Not Too Much: intensive lives in an expansive world, and the creator of the Sinha Intensive/Expansive Framework. Her next book, working title: Everyone An Asset: Intensives and Expansives for Leaders, specifically addresses using the SIEF in institutional and corporate contexts.
